- All EZ SILVA illustrations that are sold online are for personal use and therefore not to be duplicated for commercial purposes.
- Please get in contact if you want to use any of my illustrations for commercial purposes. 

- All prices are indicated in euros on the website including VAT. Delivery costs are stated separately.

- EZ SILVA does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. 
- Please contact EZ SILVA at info@ezsilva.com if you have any questions about your order.

- EZ SILVA cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received in which case photographic proof would need to be sent to info@ezsilva.com.

-  EZ SILVA cannot refund items lost in the mail or be held responsible for shipping times in the destination country.

SHIPPING

- EZ SILVA packages are packed and shipped with great care.

- All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, using PostNL.

- Please note that EZ SILVA can not be responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by PostNL or any other shipping service.

- The tracking code will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail that you will receive when your order is shipped. It can take up to 24 hours before your order can be tracked.

- We charge a flat rate shipping cost for each order. This means that you can add as many products to the cart as you like.

- Please make sure you enter the correct address at checkout. If you submitted the wrong address, please contact ifo@ezsilva.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

- Deliveries are generally packed and shipped as soon as possible after ordering. In practice, it will be on average between 5 to 15 working days from the moment of payment. These delivery times apply as an indication and not as a deadline.

- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. EZ SILVA is not responsible for these costs and/or fees.
